I have designed several unique earring findings, which I call “Wild Wires.”  These are a great way to wear your special beads.

The original “French Hook” style is available in sterling silver for $20 and in 14k gold for $60.  The wires are approximately 2” tall, the upper loop is approximately 1” across, and the lower loop (where your beads will sit) is approximately ½” across.  These wires look best with disk shaped beads, small round beads, or charms.  They will hold a disk that is up to 1” across and ¼” thick.  See the new product review in Bead & Button Magazine, 2004.

Hoop Style Wild Wires are a brand new design.  The hoops come in two sizes, with the larger version being just over 1 and ½” in diameter.  The smaller hoops are just under 1” in diameter.  Both styles come with a pair of posts to hold your beads.  The posts are 7/8” tall and will hold a bead that is 5/8” tall.  The bead needs to have a hole that is at least 1/8” in order to fit over the loop at the top of the post.  The large hoops are $30 per pair and the small hoops are $25, currently available in sterling silver only.
